Origination:

We ship from over 100 different warehouses in the USA and Canada to your door with tracking that you can access from your account on our site. Because each business makes their own decisions about carriers, some items may not be available to ship via certain carriers.

Shipping Carriers:

We ship in the USA via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Some items that display shipping via UPS in checkout may ship via FedEx at the discretion of the supplier or manufacturer that warehouses the item. Also, some items that are available to ship via UPS may not be possible to ship to some USA addresses including PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and Alaska/Hawaii. Some items that are advertised as free shipping may not be able to be shipped to anything other than a physical address. If we are unable to ship to your address due to these constraints, it may be necessary to cancel the order.

Free Shipping:

When "Free Shipping" is offered, it is intended to only be for the Lower 48 USA. Some items that have available USPS options may be available to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories. If we cannot ship your order, we will provide a refund or offer other options that may require additional payment.

Available Shipping Methods & Transit Times:

USPS First Class Mail - Usually 1-4 business days in transit.
USPS Priority Mail - Usually 1-3 business days in transit.

USPS Priority Mail International - Usually 7-14 days in transit, but some may experience transit times up to 45 days in certain countries.

UPS Ground - Usually 1-7 business days in transit.
UPS 3-day Select - 3 business days in transit.
UPS 2-day - 2 business days in transit.
UPS Next Day Air - 1 business day in transit.

FedEx Ground - Usually 1-7 business days in transit.

Late Shipments:

If you believe your item has been lost or delayed by the carrier, please first contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. If the carrier is unresponsive or provides and unsatisfactory response, we will resolve the matter directly. We will require cooperation with the carriers tracing policy and procedure and the completion of the process before shipping any replacements.

If you require a replacement to be shipped, you may need to purchase a new item and await a refund on the original purchase if you cannot wait for the carrier to complete their tracing process.
